All India Pre-Primary Teachers Vocational Training an educational organisation started nursery teacher's training course all over India with the help and cooperation of educational experts with a view to training the unemployed educational girls of Scheduled castes, Scheduled tribes and Backward so that they may impart education based on modern lines to pre-school children with stress on moral, intellectual, physical and social personality as it was found that there was no training for teachers in India for preschool going children education. This institution takes guidance from N.C.E.R.T. New Delhi. Therefore are in line with the research work of N.C.E.R.T. at present no of centers are running in different districts of U.P., Uttaranchal, M.P., Jharkhand, Rajasthan & Bihar.

more In the context of rapid education and economic development, it is felt that the general education system is not adequate to meet the growing demands of the diversifying economy. it is generally felt that there is much need for growing children to have better systematic education by properly trained teachers that is why teachers' vocational training should be seen as not merely in terms of creating a positive attitude towards work and a general increase in the skill base among the student but also as a strategy for giving a full package of competence required for wage and self-employment to meet the manpower needs of various sectors. The main objectives of Vocational education are :

• Enhancing individual employability.
• To reduce the 'mismatch' between the demand and supply of skilled manpower.
• To provide an alternative for those pursuing higher education without any particular interest or purpose.

We as a Non Governmental Organisation(N.G.O.) are also trying our level best to make the vocational training programme of Central Social Welfare Board, Govt. of India successful by imparting Pre-Primary Teachers Training to women.
